Joan Grehan left New Zealand in 1948 to travel the world. She lived in Australia, England, Lebanon, Uganda, Italy and France before moving back to New Zealand in 1980s before finding her roots in her birth place of Wanganui in 1986. Joan Grehan’s full life, one rich in experiences and art making that this exhibition sets out to celebrate.
